The only white fenders we have that will fit your 15" wheels are the # PF11X35W-2. We also have reports that this was a match for a 2000 Escort boat trailer, so it is likely this is the same part. From a previous customer we spoke with we found that on the Ram Promasters like your 2018 model the distance from the bottom of the hitch opening to the bottom of the door when swung out measures right at 9-1/4 inches. There is a solution for you, but it may require drilling. Unfortunately, it will not be a traditional running board that fits your 2019 Ram ProMaster 2500 with the 136" wheelbase. If your trailer uses electric drum brakes then you do not need a brake actuator-type a-frame coupler like # T4067600. Instead you can use a standard a-frame coupler like # CA-5210-B since your brakes' power will come from the signal carried on the 7-way trailer wiring harness.
